Fairways Collection and Storybook Villas
We are excited to introduce our NEW Fairways Collection and Storybook Villas. These “Right-Sized” plans have been specially designed to take full advantage of modest home sites and exceptional views. We have a number of our Fairways plans already under construction and we’ve received rave reviews for their openness, larger room sizes and the flexible usage of space. As with every Burton home, you can change these plans as you like and we will do our best to accommodate your desires and budgets.
Our NEW Storybook Villas are just that… Once Upon A Time Dream homes with unique features, such-as el-fresco dining, seasonal courtyards and interior bridge areas. The feel and warmth of tradition is married to a modern setting. Imagine long sight-lines of unbroken views that blend the out-side with the in-doors. New vaulted ceilings, lighted niches, simple but dramatic kitchens are all hallmarks of our new villas. Smarter, Greener, Better, might describe them the best. They have been years in the making, but well worth the wait.
