PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

Chris Burton has always loved building homes and making customers happy. As a young man, Burton spent his summers working construction for his family. There, Burton learned not only the hands-on and technical side of the business, but also learned the importance of respecting, hiring and working side-by-side with the best subcontractors.

In 1998, Chris started his own company in Melbourne, Florida. Since that time, Christopher Burton Homes, Inc. has built more than 200 luxury homes in prestigious Space Coast communities – from St. Andrews Isle in Suntree to Wyndham at Duran in Viera; and from Casa Bella in Melbourne to Lansing Island in Satellite Beach, just to mention a few. Burton residences have also been built from Lake Washington to the rivers and Tropical Trail.
